节日风味烤香嫩春鸡Roasted Spring Chicken

土耳其风味香料烤制的整只春鸡,配上用黄油和迷迭香炒制的孢子甘蓝、扇叶花菜和小胡萝卜,烤板栗和小番茄,并佐以红豆果汁

Turkish style marinated and roasted spring chicken, served with sautéed brussels sprout, cauliflower, baby carrot, grilled chestnut and cherry tomatoes, drizzled with lingonberry sauce.

 

鲜嫩小牛排配意大利帕尔玛火腿Grilled Beef Filet with Italian Parma Ham

用意大利进口的传统24个月帕尔马风干火腿包裹进口牛排,配上茴香土豆泥和菌菇芦笋,佐以红豆果黑醋汁及巴西风味霹雳酱

Traditional 24 months ItalianParma ham roll stuffed with imported beef filet, servedwith fennel mashed potatoes, asparagus, mushroom, lingonberry balsamic glazeand spicy piri piri sauce.
