Element Fresh already for many years has been a favorite in Shanghai and Beijing. We have 8 restaurants in Shanghai and 3 in Beijing, and we're planning to open our first guangzhou location in the second half of this year.
 
Every year since the first Element Fresh restaurant opened, we have been awarded top honors for our food and service, including best international restaurant by Modern Weekly and The Beijinger!
 
During the Expo 2010 and for many years after that, Element Fresh will be the exclusive food & beverage service for the beautiful Shanghai World Expo Culture Center (which after the Expo will be named mercedes - Benz Arena), supporting the biggest sports and entertainment events in Shanghai.
 
Fresh and nutritious food and beverages are at the heart of what we do. Best known for delicious salads, fresh juices and smoothies, our menu also features sandwiches, asian sets and creative dinners.

Element Fresh is supporting many sports events, from international to grass roots, from NBA China Games to kids football clubs.
 
Our love is with tennis, and we have been the official food & beverage partner of the Tennis Masters Since 2002, with a commitment through 2012. The masters tournament brings the world's greatest players, including Roger Federer and Rafael Nadal to shanghai every fall. We have hosted players, supported the organization and promotion of the tournament, and every year provide fresh food and beverages to the spectators. And of course, we have invited hundreds of Element Fresh guests to watch the games in the stadium.
 
Since 2008, we are also the official food & beverage partner of the China Open in Beijing, with a commitment through 2011.
 
In 2009, the first Element Fresh Tennis World Tour launched with Element Fresh guests jetting to Melbourne, Paris, London, New York, Beijing and Shanghai to see the best players in the world live in action.
 
This year, the 2010 Element Fresh Tennis World Tour will again bring the excitement of world-class tennis in China and around the world to our guests.
