Roots & Shoots, founded by Dr. Jane Goodall in 1991, has 7,500 groups in over 90 countries, and focuses on building environmental and community awareness in young people. You can visit their website rootsandshoots.org to learn more about this great organization.

Element Fresh is a partner of the Shanghai Roots & Shoots chapter, and was awarded the "Partner of The Year" award. Besides providing food & beverages and volunteers for various R&S activities, and financial donations, we have teamed up with our customers to do more. With the help of Element Fresh guests, children in need have received dozens of scholarships and hundreds of eyeglasses. Element Fresh & Co. have also provided funds for planting of thousands of trees in Inner Mongolia to combat desertification.
